Pam Saul M.Ed

When Pam’s daughter was little, she started noticing that she was just different than other kids. As a baby, she cried all the time. Tantrums punctuated her early years, which were also defined by social and learning difficulties. Pam tried to find out what was going on with her kid, but the diagnoses she got kept changing right along with the medications. Finally, Pam decided that it was time for her to go back to school and find out for herself what was wrong. She needed answers that worked for her and solutions that worked for her kid.

Getting her master’s in child development and special education inspired her to try a completely different approach with her daughter than what the doctors and experts had been recommending. And it worked! Once she figured out how to help her kiddo deal with the ever-evolving gaps in her development, Pam realized that other people needed that same information. So, in 2000, she started the business that would become Behavioral Intervention Services.

After work hours and on weekends, Pam heeds the call of the wild and is constantly looking to explore the pristine environments that the world has to offer. An accomplished mountaineer and rock climber, you will always find her ascending the peaks around Bend. She also enjoys an outdoor ranching lifestyle at home, where she loves for and takes care of her dogs, goats, cows, chickens, and horses.
