Behavioral Intervention
Parenting Isn’t Easy…
…especially when you have a kiddo who is a little more challenging than some. Or maybe a lot more.
I know all about that. I got into the behavioral intervention business more than 20 years ago because of my daughter, who turned out to have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Is your child is struggling to pay attention, stay organized and communicate?
Have acting out, lying, or being increasingly inflexible become the norm?
Does any of this sound familiar?
Not finishing tasks
Defiant
Can’t get ready for school in the morning
Can’t sustain friendships
Gets Stuck
Is easily frustrated
Small problems cause big blowouts
Those behavioral issues don’t just inhibit your son or daughter’s development. They also impact the family as a whole. That’s not okay for anyone.
So, let’s change that reality.
Whether your challenged child is 2 or 18 years old, we can help them—and you—get to a better place. Instead of worrying about a label or a diagnosis like ADHD, ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Asperger Syndrome (AS), we’ll focus on helping your kiddo feel better about themself and function better in their environment by working on communication, play skills, cognitive skills, self-help skills, and social-emotional development. Along the way, we’ll also help you figure out how to support that process.
